The Colorado Rockies are coming to New York and we’ve got tickets. Join the NY Buffs at Citi Field to watch the Mets take on the Rockies Wednesday, August 11th at 7pm. We have a block of only 40 tickets that are sure to go fast. We sold out of our 40 Knicks vs Nuggets tickets in less than 3 weeks- and that was 5 months before the event! Tickets are only $30 each (includes a free keychain) and are available immediately. A portion of the proceeds goes to our scholorship fund. Don’t miss out on your chance to enjoy the quintessential summer event: baseball, fresh air, hot dogs, and great company.

Seats are located in the upper deck in section 507, rows 9 and 10, on the first base line with a nice view of the field.

Please join CU and their invited guests the Pac-10, Michigan, Kansas, Oklahoma, CSU, and friends for an evening cruise aboard The Queen of Hearts; a 3 level paddle-wheel boat, with outdoor dance floor and DJ, 2 indoor levels, and a partially covered roof-deck.

Boards at 7:00pm and departs promptly at 7:30pm. Returns to dock at 10:30pm.

Limited amount of sponsored (i.e. free) beverages from Grey Goose, Bacardi and Vita Coco. Cash bar and buffet will be available for the duration of the cruise as well.  *Must be 21 to board, proper ID and attire required*

After Party

There will be an after party immediately following the cruise at G2 Lounge W. 14th St. and 9th Ave. Continue the party into the night! G2 is located in the Meatpakcing district a short distance from where the cruise docks.

CU on the Slopes!

The NY CU Alumni club is going skiing/snowboarding again in Killington, Vermont, Feb. 26th – Feb 28th, and we’ll be joined by alums from the Big 10 and PAC-10 including UCLA and Arizona, as well as others. We have over 50 people signed up!.

$50 per person non-refundable deposits were due by Friday, January 15th.

Final payment is due by Monday, February 1st.

Killington details- Killington resort stretches across 7 mountains and features 191 trails served by 30 lifts, and averages 250 inches of natural snow each winter. The Killington region has many other activities including cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, spas, shopping, fine dining, and nightlife at more than 100 restaurants and bars.

Cost: $24.99 (includes wine, beer, light fare, and hors d’ouerves)

Join your CU family again for another very special holiday party at CU alum Colin Rath’s beautiful townhouse in Chelsea. If you were there last year, you know how great this party is (pictures below). The townhouse boasts a 2-story stone fireplace complete with integrated waterfall. A glass staircase leads you downstairs where a koi stocked replica of the Yang-tse River literally runs through the floor. Did we mention there’s a redwood hot tub out back? This is not a party you want to miss.

For about the price of 3 drinks at a bar, you’ll have access to this unique party experience, open beer and wine bar, light fare, hors d’oeurves, raffle contests, and other giveaways. Bring a bathing suit/towel if you want to take a dip in the hot tub!
